"Crêpes"

Cliquez pour agrandir l'imageIt is not "THE" recipe of crêpes, but it comes from my aunt Maryse and it is the MOST delicious one in the world !

Preparation time : 10 min
Cooking time : 2 minutes per crêpe

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, eggs and milk. Add water to make the batter more luid. Then add the teaspoon of vanilla-flavoured sugar and the "lichette" of rhum.
Melt the butter slowly. When it is melted and cooled, incoporate it in the batter.

The batter is ready ! Heat a frying pan. Put a big spoon of batter in it. You need to turn it over when it is ccoked on the edges of the crêpe.
If the batter gives a "too smooth" crêpe, you can roll it on itself : it is also delicious. The crêpe continues to bake inside.

If you haven't finished the batter, you can freeze it for another time !
