| The oceanfront buildings are stately and the row of flags of the world adds more to the greatness of the places.
Difference is not apparent : buildings are always the same, the sculptures have not been changed : a tied gun, a globe. A new exposition on climate is shown... : it is in the air !
But the real change is inside : more security, more decisions through events, more implication in conflicts around the world.
